9AM to 7PM weekdays, and must be requested 48 hours prior to access.
Emergency access is requested via phone call or pager. After hours
(i.e. snooze-time) requests are by pager only. All visits are supervised.
Bandwidth is charged by the month's average with
64Kb granularity, according to the following schedule:
